He was predeceased by: his parent Fed Ray Sr.; and his brother Fed Ray Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Justin Ray (Peyton) of Lavonia and Christy McCurry (Mike) of Toccoa; his siblings, Darryl Ray of Atlanta and Patsy Dickerson of Atlanta; and his grandson Elijah McCurry.
