He was predeceased by: his parents, Cullen Jackson Bailey and Ruth Griffin Bailey; his son David Kenneth Bailey; his wife Patricia "Patsy" Patten Bailey; and his siblings, Thomas Bailey and Faye B. Adams.
He is survived by: his daughters, Susan Bailey Harbin (Harold) and Tonya Bailey Bridges (Daniel); his grandchildren, Kevin Edward Allen (Beth), Garrett Daniel Bridges, Brooke Amanda Bridges, Jordan Elijah Bridges and Luke Ian Bridges; his great grandchildren, Blaire Hayden Allen and Brynn Holland Allen; and his brother Ray Bailey (Joan) of Hartwell.
Everyone will be asked to practice Social Distancing and may want to bring a lawn chair.
