It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judy Chapman Barnett (Hartwell, Georgia), who passed away on June 26, 2020, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Walton Chapman and Velda Oda Phillips Chapman; and her husband Wayne Terry Barnett. She is survived by: her sister Lynn Newman (Chip) of Cordova, TN; her nephew Kyle Newman (Anna); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Mason, Hatcher and Jace; her niece Gracie Ruben (Alex); and her great-niece Ava Grace.
