She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam B. Todd and Lavonia Gaines Todd; her children, Shannon Segars and Mark Bailey; her brothers, Billy and Tommy Todd; and her grandson Karson Farmer.

She is survived by: her husband Horace "Duck" Bailey; her children, Mike Segars (Katherine) of Hartwell, Darlene Cordell (Tommy) of Toccoa, Dana Gray (Tim) of Hartwell, Pam McCrary (Phil) of Quincy Fl, Donna Matra (Dan) of Hoschton and Penny Crooks (Tony) of Danielsville; her siblings, Patsy Moss (Stewart) and Ricky Todd; and her close friend Joann Harland. She is also survived by 13 Grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and 2 great, great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Coile and Hall Funeral Directors (333 E Johnson St, Hartwell, GA 30643). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
