He is survived by: his wife Laura Wood Winegar; his children, Austin Winegar, Breanna Winegar, Robert Michael Babcock, III, Kirstin Donell Lowery and Amber Lynn Lowery; his sisters, Pam Wall (Allen), Julie Winegar and Sue Richmond (Odell); and his grandchildren, Aubriella, Kelisha "Keke" and Tinka.
