He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie H. Price and Mamie Massey Price; and his brothers, Joel Price, Buddy Price and Charles Price.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Sanders Price; his children, Dale Price of Hartwell and Jan Allen (Rob) of Hartwell; his siblings, Ben Price (Wynell) of Lavonia, Lloyd Price (Juanita Thompson) of Hartwell and Linda Phillips of Jefferson, GA; his grandson Cody Price (Amanda); and his great grandchildren, Sawyer and Colson Price.
