He was predeceased by: his parents, John Holmes Milner Jr. and Sarah Burns Milner; his wife Carol Carpenter Milner; and his sister Carolyn Milner Keen. He is survived by: his children, Richard Vincent Milner (Renee) of Brunswick, GA, Joseph Lee Milner (Elle) of Melbourne, FL and Mary Sinclair Parker (Clint) of Butler, GA; his grandchildren, Peyton Blaine Parker (Tyler Hortman), Ander Steven Parker (Hannah Harris), Cal Parker, Joey Milner (Jordan) and Bobbi Kate Milner; his great grandchildren, Sara Elizabeth Milner, Bennett Milner, Brooks Milner and Britt Milner; and his brothers, Richard "Dick" Milner of Rome, GA, George Milner (Joy) of Hartwell and Tim Milner (Brenda) of Hartwell.
