He is survived by: his wife Cynthia "Cindy" Wilson Cook; his children, John "Jay" Cook (Stephanie) of Hartwell, Emily Cook of Des Moines, IA, Beth Cleveland (Ben) of Stephens, GA and Paige Cook (Zac Smith) of Atlanta, GA; his sisters, Nora Jean Baskins of Hartwell, Diane Sokol of Hartwell and Sara Combs of Hartwell; his stepsisters, Betty White of Franklin, NC, Peggy Boles of Watkinsville, GA, Margaret Adams Hartwell, Janet Beasley of Buford, GA and Jane Isom of Hartwell; his grandchildren, Mason Cook, Kelsey Cook, Alexis McBride, Charlee Cleveland, Kierra Luna and Kaden Luna; and his great grandchild Adeline Jayne.
