He was predeceased by: his parents, George Long and Ina Lewis Long; and his siblings, Ruby Nell Jackson, Lou Dean Martin, Harold, Calvin, Jim, J. C. Long, Charlie Joe Craft, Jr., Marshall Craft, Barbara Rucker, Linzella Long and Alma Jean Davis.
He is survived by: his children, Lasheki Allen of Elberton, Toneka Rucker of Aiken, Ricky Martin and Cassandra Long of Hartwell; his siblings, Barbara Long of Hartwell, Joyce Tucker Long of Hartwell, Sara Long of Hartwell, Carey Carter of Hartwell and Wayne Long of Florida; and his brothers-in-law, Bob Davis of Bridgeport, CT and Carnell Craft (Vicky) of Bridgeport, CT. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
