It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joe Bennett Jr. (Hartwell, Georgia), born in Franklin, Georgia, who passed away on March 22, 2020, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Carolyn Hart Bennett; and his grandparents, Jep Bennett, Myrt Bennett, Alford Hart and Cora Lee Hart.
He is survived by: his father Joe Roger Bennett, Sr. of Bowman; his siblings, Sheila Bennett of Hull and Ryan Bennett (Alicia) of Bowman; his uncle Ray Dudley; his nieces, Brianna, Alexa and Madalyn Bennett; and his great-nephew Slade McLendon.
