Maxwell (Hartwell, Georgia), born in Lavonia, Georgia, who passed away on May 23, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Maxwell and Beulah Maxwell (Lowe); and his siblings, Doris Burden (Owen) and James (Paula) of Anderson, SC.. He is survived by: his wife Judith Maxwell (Hadley); his son Barry (Lisha) of Charlotte, NC; his grandchildren, Kathryn of Charlotte, NC, Kyle of Charlotte, NC and Kevin of Charlotte, NC; and his sisters, Barbara Sosby and Margaret Norryce (Claridge) of Anderson, SC. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
