It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Woody (Hartwell, Georgia), born in Royston, Georgia, who passed away on January 5, 2021, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Benton Woody and Sarah Elizabeth Gorrell Woody; and his siblings, James Woody, Bobby Joe Woody and Betty Carver.
He is survived by: his daughters, Madison Woody of Brunswick, GA, Jasmine Smith of Brunswick, GA and Dalena Smith of Brunswick, GA; and his sisters, Doris Donald of Hartwell, Barbara Woody of Hartwell and Linda Thorne of Canon. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
Social distancing and masks are recommended.
