He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeptha Harris Sr. and Chloe Hansford Perry. He is survived by: his children, Ann P. Ayers and Alan Perry (Sherri); and his granddaughters, Taylor Perry and Sarah Anne Perry. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
