He is survived by: his son Blake Phillips (Cameo) of Royston; his siblings, Kathy Brown (Donnie), Tim Phillips (Cindy), Ricky Phillips (Shelby), Wayne Phillips (Sherri), Jim Phillips (Donna) and Carolyn Seagraves; and his granddaughter Ava Phillips.
