He was predeceased by: his parents, Dan Howard Womack and Shirley Payne Womack; and his brother Lee Womack. He is survived by: his wife Patricia H. Womack of Walnut Grove, GA; his children, Blake Womack of Hartwell and Mandie Klaes (Jameson) of Loganville, GA; and his siblings, Steve of Hartwell, Brian Womack of Hartwell and Angie Dalton of Tucker, GA.
