Jeff Carter Obituary
We are sad to announce that on May 2, 2020, at the age of 75, Jeff Carter (Hartwell, Georgia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thelma McMullan Carter and Willie P. Carter, Sr.; and his brother William P. Carter, Jr.. He is survived by: his nephews, David Carter and Stewart Carter (Melanie Michael).
In lieu of flowers, Mr. Carter requested donations be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, P.O. Box 758516, Topeka, Kansas 66675-8516.
