Carter Jr.; her children, James Steven Carter of Hartwell, Benton Lee "Ben" Carter of Hartwell and Martha Carter Maness (Shannon) of Sanford, NC; her brother Brown Feltman (Sara) of Hartwell; her grandchildren, Shellie Lyn Bell and Dakota Lee Bannister; and her great grandchildren, Camden Bell and Eastyn Bannister.
