With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James L. Hayes (Hartwell, Georgia), who passed away on March 15, 2022 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Hayes and Laura Crook Hayes; and his siblings, Jerry Hayes, Bobby Hayes and Vernell Hayes Fleming.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Seigler Hayes; his children, Tammy Miller (Jimmy) of Bowersville and Matt Hayes (Joyce) of Hunters Creek; his siblings, Wayne Hayes (Mary) of Lavonia and Elizabeth Mathis (D. R.) of Cumming, GA; his grandchildren, Nathan Miller (Katie), Jeremy Miller (Amy), Raegan Hayes and Aubrey Hayes; and his great grandchildren, Rylan Miller, Mackenzie Miller and Emery Latham.
