It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Harbin (Hartwell, Georgia), born in Royston, Georgia, who passed away on September 18, 2020, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Annie Mae Vernon Harbin; and his wife Marie Adams Harbin. He is survived by: his father Julian Harbin of Hartwell; his children, Sandy Phillips of Hartwell, Jenny Miller of Fair Play, S. C. and Chris Harbin of Blue Ridge; his siblings, Vernon Harbin of Hartwell, Jerry Harbin of Hartwell and Debbie Owens of Hartwell; and his grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Austin Phillips, Collin, Marissa Graham, Jessica, Emma and Brayden Harbin.
