He was predeceased by: his parents, Spurgeon Cobb and Drucie Holmes Cobb; his wife Lula Belle Cobb; his daughter Angela Marie Cobb; and his siblings, Jessie Cobb, Larry Cobb and Sylvia Dyar.
He is survived by: his children, Amanda Adams (Kyle) of Dewy Rose, Mark Cobb (Andrea) of Lavonia, Nick Cobb (Anna) of Richmond Hill, GA and Chad Cobb (Lori) of Gainesville; and his siblings, Wayne Cobb (Susan) of Hartwell and Janet Eaves (Bruce) of Hartwell. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
