He is survived by: his children, Melanie Evans and Howard Jason Evans of Hartwell; his siblings, Kim Evans of Hartwell, Judy Alewine of Hartwell, Martha Turman of Elberton and Sylvia Motes of Hartwell; and his grandchildren, Levi Evans of Hartwell, Alexandra Evans of Hartwell, Jordan Evans of Hartwell and Phoenix Evans of Hartwell.
