He was predeceased by: his wife Brenda Adams Outz; and his siblings, Frank Outz and Betty Jo Gentry. He is survived by: his children, Lynn Herring and Tommy Outz of Hartwell; his brother Noah Outz of Dewy Rose; and his grandchildren, Tyler, Josh, Adam, Camden, Lindsey and Brendalyn Herring.
