Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Herman Bailey of Hartwell, Georgia, who passed away at the age of 90, on December 31, 2020. He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Bailey and Lola Bailey (Motes); his wife Sandra Louise Bailey (Buffington); and his siblings, Etta Mae Bailey, Opal Elrod and Harold Bailey.
He is survived by: his sons, Dwane Bailey (Lynn), Randy Bailey of Hartwell, Danny Bailey (Laurie) and Wilton Bailey of Hartwell. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
