He is survived by: his children, Dennis Floyd (Gail) of Hartwell and Tracy Seymour (David) of Comer, GA; his sisters, Sallie Holmes of Hartwell and Louise Wallace of Elberton; his grandchildren, Cameron Floyd, Brock Seymour, Reece Seymour, Hank Seymour, Luke Seymour, Nicole Seymour, John Baker and Abie Todd; and his great grandchildren, Aspyn Seymour, Halsten Seymour, Swae Seymour, Scout Seymour, Ryker Peele and Rhett Peele.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Strickland Funeral Home-Hartwell (305 Cleveland Ave, Hartwell, GA 30643). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Hartwell Chapel of Strickland Funeral Home (305 Cleveland Ave, Hartwell, GA 30643). A burial was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at the Nancy Hart Memorial Park (1171 Royston Hwy, Hartwell, GA 30643).
