She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Schultz and Dollie Fleming Schultz; her husband Gladston Everett Moorhead; and her siblings, Ernest "Sonny" Schultz and Elizabeth Schultz Wright Hulme.
She is survived by: her children, W. Lynn Moorhead of Hartwell and Beth Mewborn (Richard) of Hartwell; her sister Peggy S. Moorhead of North Augusta, SC; her grandchildren, Carla Mewborn of Hartwell, Andrew Mewborn (Ashley) and Taylor Mewborn of Dallas, TX; and her great grandchild Hazel Kinsley Mewborn.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Bethany Baptist Church, 2085 Bethany-Bowersville Hwy, Hartwell, GA 30643, or a charity of one's choice.
