It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gwen Waller (Hartwell, Georgia), who passed away on November 29, 2019, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dick Starks and Lizzie Rucker Starks; and her husband Vanna Waller, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Bernard Starks (Angela) of Hartwell and Jawauna Waller of Hartwell; and her stepgrandchildren, Bree Berlin and Dustin Bailey.
