She was predeceased by: her husband James Nelms; her parents, Hobson Plemons and Reba F. Luther Plemons; and her siblings, Bob Plemons, Mary Thorpe, Lila Teague and Ruth Young.
She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Wendorf (Karl) and Sharon Martin (Randy); her grandchildren, Matt Wendorf (Andi), Lindsey Felix (Kelly), Trent and Trevor Martin; her great grandchildren, Claire Wendorf, Avett and Evan Felix; and her siblings, Doris Shadden, Judy Turpin, Jewell Parker, June Plemons, Jim and Jerry Plemons.
