He is survived by: his mother Lanelle Adams Kay of Hartwell; his wife Beth Brown Kay; his daughter Laura Beth Simpson (Joshua) of Hartwell; his brother Chuck Kay of Hartwell; and his grandchildren, Braylon of Hartwell and Matthew Simpson of Hartwell.
