He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Edward and Mattie Ruth Ramsey; and his brother Willie Joe Ramsey. He is survived by: his sons, Jacquavious Ramsey of Augusta, GA, Rico Mattison of Mauldin, SC, Jeremy Willis of Atlanta, GA and Kelvin Williams; his grandchildren, Destiny Mattison, Mason Willis and Tara Willis; his siblings, Mozelle Martin (Andy) of Hartwell, GA, Annie Allen (Tracey) of Elberton, GA, Vickie Ramsey of Augusta, GA, Roy Ramsey (Delois) of Hartwell, GA and Harry Ramsey (Angela) of Hartwell, GA; his aunt Mozelle Sadler of Bridgeport, CT; and his sons, Jerome McIntosh, Jason Dye, David Dye, Marshall Williams and Scott Williams. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
