She was predeceased by: her mother Reba M. Fortson; her spouse Willie Banks; her father William H. Morrison; her sons, Willie Banks Jr. and Terrance Banks; and her siblings, Rachel, Elizabeth, Howard Jr., Gilbert of Thomas, R. L., W. M. and James.
She is survived by: her children, Pamela James (Troy) of Royston, Ronnie Banks of Bowersville and Donnie Banks (Erica) of Atlanta, Georgia.; her siblings, Annie L. Turman of Royston Georgia, Imogene Merritt of Royston Georgia, Mary L. Teasley of Lavonia, Barbara Cleveland (Clay) of Toccoa and Charles Fortson (Beverly) of Atlanta; and her siblings-in-law, Maynell Smith of Elberton Georgia, Loretha Dubose (Freddie) of Elberton Georgia, Clara Mae Gray (Billy) of Elberton Georgia, Willie Bell Moore (Allan) of Washington, DC and Major Banks of Gainesville Georgia. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, three granddaughters, three grandsons, and one great-grand daughter.
