It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Martin (Hartwell, Georgia), who passed away on June 18, 2019, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Kenneth Martin of Hartwell, Sharon Martin of Hartwell and Gail Partain (Malcom) of Hartwell. She was also cherished by Eight grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
