Garrard of Hoschton, Melissa Bledsoe of Lavonia, Randi Bledsoe of Martin and Kristie Bledsoe of Seattle, WA.; his sisters, Judy Conquest, Geraldine Allen, Darinda Holliday, Phyllis Rigsby and Aleisha Freeman; and his grandchildren, Alexis Russell, Austin Russell, Olivia Bledsoe and Noah Bledsoe.
