He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert L. Osborne and Viola Elrod Osborne. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Mann Osborne; his daughter Janet L. Osborne; his grandchildren, Sara Catelyn Moorhead and Lane Daniel Moorhead; and his great grandchildren, James Daniel and Alayna.
