Evelyn Holcomb Sanders Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Evelyn Holcomb Sanders (Hartwell, Georgia), born in Lavonia, Georgia, who passed away on December 23, 2019 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Holcomb and Mary Bradley Holcomb; her husband Earl "Early" Sanders; and her siblings, Ralph Holcomb, Swain Holcomb, Winfred Holcomb, John Hoyt Holcomb, Roy Holcomb, George Holcomb, Louise H. Wood, Retha H. Bowers and Pat H. Barrett.
She is survived by: her children, Arlen Holcomb (Caryn), Jimmy Sanders (Sandra) and Ann Skelton Pitts (Ken); and her siblings, Emily H. Mahoney and Tom Holcomb. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
