She was predeceased by: her husband Grady E. Outz; and her siblings, John Peeples, Milford Peeples, Alfred Peeples, Liddie Garner, Ruby Peeples, Laddie Wooten, Mary Florence Norris and Rachel Whitworth.

She is survived by: her daughter Ingra Langston (Ron); her grandchildren, Abby Cheek (Garrett) and Rhett Langston; and her great grandchild Lily Cheek. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the North East Georgia Animal Shelter, 870 Bear creek Road, Lavonia, GA 30553.
