She was predeceased by: her father George Howard; her husband Wayne C. Proctor; and her siblings, George Howard, Jr., Eula Mae Richard and Larry Howard.
She is survived by: her children, Charles M. Lamm, III, Laura L. Jackson, Terri Cherry, Alice Melashenko and Debbie Reid; and her grandchildren, Regina Jackson, Chas Lamm, Jordan Jackson and Stephanie Lamm. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
