She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Mulkey and Geneva Mulkey Ricks; and her son Joseph Taylor. She is survived by: her stepfather Rufus Ricks; her husband Bobby J. Taylor; her children, Genea Johnson (Daniel), Debi Thornton (David) and Tracie Taylor Powell; her grandchildren, Alex, Hannah, Ethan, Kelly, Sarah, Anthony and Bradley; her great grandchildren, Colt, Kaeson and Novah; and her brothers, Bill Mulkey (Paula) and Artis Ricks.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Funeral Home and Also. A celebration of life was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at the Coile and Hall Funeral Directors Chapel (333 E Johnson St, Hartwell, GA 30643).
