He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Milton Hix and Mamie Hix; his wife Glenda Marett of Lavonia; and his daughter Wanda Cavitt (Randy) of Lavonia.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the A. S. Turner & Sons Funeral Home and Crematory (2773 N Decatur Rd, Decatur, GA 30033). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
