He was predeceased by: his parent Lucille Carruth; his wife Judy Evans Carruth; his children, Angie Senkbeil, Lisa Rowland and Brian Carruth; and his siblings, Billy, Vernon, Cecil Carruth and Katie Lou Johnson.
He is survived by: his daughter Leslie Ann Stevens of Easley, S. C.; and his grandchildren, Robby Senkbeil, Randy Senkbeil, Dustin Carruth, Blake Carruth, Nikki Posey, Katie Rowland, Austin Stevens and Wesley Stevens.
