He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold David Haggstrom and Evelyn Irene Seigal Haggstrom; and his siblings, Claudine Haggstrom, Claudell Haggstrom and Valerie Jo Crawford.
He is survived by: his wife Teresa Shaver Haggstrom; his niece Tamara Shaver of Elberton; and his sisters, Sharrell Kinser of Elberton and Theresa Seals of Golden Valley, Arizona. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
