He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Imogene "Jean" Kay Campbell and Frank Lee Campbell; and his sister Ann Elizabeth Campbell. He is survived by: his brothers, Larry Campbell, Donnie Campbell (Libby), Mike Campbell, Gary Campbell (Chyrel) and John Campbell (Stephanie); and his nieces and nephews, Amanda Lack, Tamra Lack (Dillon), Lee Campbell, Chris Campbell (Destiny) and Hunter Partain.
