He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney Mackey and Lessie Osborne Mackey. He is survived by: his daughters, Barbara Davis (Steve) of Jefferson, GA and Beverly Davis (Greg) of Roswell, GA; his grandson Benjamin Davis (Mary Elizabeth) of Tallahassee, FL; and his stepchildren, Edward Grizzle (Tricia) of Elberton, GA, Donald Grizzle (Debra) of Royston, GA and Shirley Fitzpatrick.
