She was predeceased by: her parents, William Jacob Goldsmith and Estell Bryson Goldsmith; her husband Richard F. Corn; her siblings, Joe Goldsmith, Barron Goldsmith, Quoty Goldsmith, Jane Hawkins, Gladys Loftis, Delree Goldsmith and Eva Stovall; and her great grandchild Eyen Holmes.

She is survived by: her children, Fred Corn (Sheila) of Elberton, Diane Carroll (Eddie) of Hartwell, Jorita Thompson of Hartwell and Mary Jane Rowland (Reggie) of Hartwell; and her sister Sara "Sakie" Hyde of Hartwell. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and twenty-seven great grandchildren.
