He is survived by: his wife Linda Hart Marcum of Hartwell; his children, Shelly Marcum of Hartwell, Kimberly Marcum (Dejuan Thomas) of Newark, OH, Charley Marcum, II (Laura) of Newcastle, OH and Robert Marcum of Newark, OH; his siblings, Brenda Spaulding (Jesse) of Crum, WV and Lelon Waller (Crissy) of Crum, WV; his grandchildren, Kaytelin Bybee-Rowe (Zaine Rowe), Victoria Bybee, Taylor Strohm, Trevor Wolfe, Kayleigh Wolfe, Gage Marcum, Madison Marcum, Scarlett Marcum and Tristan Moore; his great grandchildren, Kian Lowery, Giovanni Wolfe, Loki Rowe and Archie Gambill; and his sibling Rowes. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
