He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Bailey Jr. and Joy Dean Thrasher Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Diane Vanderwater Bailey; his daughters, Amanda Bailey Jordan (Chuck) of Hartwell and Kelly Marie Lewis of Hartwell; his stepson George Moon of Hartwell; and his sister Ann Bailey Ashworth (Donnie) of Royston. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
