It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles E. Milford of Hartwell, Georgia, who passed away on October 6, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Helen Herring Milford; and his sister Betty Fleming. He is survived by: his sons, Mike Milford (Kathy) of Hartwell, Mark Milford (Becky) of Hartwell and Tim Milford (Sandra) of Hartwell; his siblings, Albert Lucius Milford of Roswell, GA and Polly Maret of Hartwell; his grandchildren, Charlie Milford (Regent), Dawn Milford (Missy), Josh Milford, Stephanie Whitworth (Al), Ashley Smith (Charles), Kelsey Hill (Scottie), Megan Milford, Evan Milford and Luke Christopher; his close friend Harriet Zippili; and his pet Cricket. He is also survived by sixteen great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Flowers are optional, and memorials may be made to the Sardis Baptist Church, 4359 Anderson Hwy, Hartwell, GA 30643.
