He was predeceased by: his parents, Hovie S. Fulbright and Reba Morgan Fulbright; his son Darren Fulbright; and his brothers, Dwight Fulbright and Leon Fulbright.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Ruth Fulbright of Hartwell; his children, Bruce Fulbright of Hartwell, Melanie Smith of Easley, SC, Karen Harris of Dacula, GA and Donna Hyde (Keith) of Lawrenceville, GA; his siblings, Carlos Fulbright (Patricia) of Snellville, GA and Gloria Fowler of Tennessee; his grandchildren, Zachary Hyde, Noah Hyde, Michael Legros, Lauren Thead, Ryan Criscolo, Alex Criscolo, Keri Boyd and Braeden Harris; and his great grandchild Tegan Criscolo.
