She was predeceased by: her parents, Willis Lee "W. L." and Alice McDaniel Curry; her husband Larry R. Lewis; her siblings, Louise Northern (Tom), Mildred Kaiser (Gus) and Billy Curry (Betsy Seal Curry); and her great grandchild Lorelai Ann Winesburg.
She is survived by: her children, Carla Lewis Bannister (Randy) of Hartwell and Craig Lee Lewis (Daysa) of Belton, TX; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Teasley (Joseph), Katherine Winesburg (Lucus), Lewis Bannister and Landon Bannister; and her great grandchildren, Skyler Teasley, Chloe Teasley, Dawson Teasley and Bristol Teasley.
