He is survived by: his mother Fran Joyce Driver Phillips; his wife Debbie Cordell Phillips; his children, Slade Phillips (Caitlin) of White, GA and Stephanie Bennett (Josh) of Ludowici, GA; his brother Rod Phillips (Tina) of Griffin, GA; and his grandchildren, Sophia Bennett, Jaylee Bennett, Rhett Phillips and Jaxon Phillips.
