Ben Allen Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ben Allen (Hartwell, Georgia), who passed away on April 8, 2020 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Grady Allen and Mabel Hembree Allen; and his brothers, Harold Allen and Fred Allen. He is survived by: his wife Mary Sue Williford Allen; his children, Billy Allen (Betty) of Hartwell, Henry Allen of Hartwell and Sheila Fineza (Doug) of Hartwell; his sisters, Imogene A. Bouchillon of Anderson and Fay A. Vanadore of Starr, SC; his grandchildren, Heather Shields (Chris), Malarie Foust (Nathan), Branson Allen (Heather) and Hannah Allen; his great grandchildren, Jacob Foust, Katelyn Foust, Sophia Shields and Eden Shields; and his sister-in-law Mary Ann Allen. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Oak Bower Baptist Church 1589 Old 29 Hwy, Hartwell, GA 30643.
